Come join us for a workshop at The Hardwick Vineyard and Winery!
Please join us on Thursday, October 5th from 5:30-7:30 pm at The Hardwick Vineyard & Winery (3305 Greenwich Road, Hardwick, MA 01082).
Customize your wood project with your choice of stain and paint colors. This registration will allow for one adult to make one project.
Project choices:
- Fall Gnome 3D Liquid Glass 12" wood round
- Halloween Family Portrait wood framed signs measure 12"x 24"
- 18" Build a Wine Sign (SEE HOW TO REGISTER)
- 18" Everyday wood round
- Wood square (11.25"x 11.25")
- 8", 10" OR 12" Stand Alone Pumpkin Barn Quilt (SEE HOW TO REGISTER)
- Beverage chiller (includes plastic insert)
- Wine rack that holds 12 bottles of wine (24"x 8.5"x 15.5")
- Chunky Pumpkin Trio (8", 10" and 12")

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21ST BEFORE NOON
HOW TO REGISTER (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
1. Choose your project by clicking on the picture. Make sure that the picture and the drop-down menu show the same project.
2. Choose one stain color for the background (see pictures)
3. Choose 1 to 5 paint colors for the words/design on your stencil (see pictures)
4. ONLY if the design shows personalization such as last name/initial/established year, etc please put in the personalization box. If no personalization, please write N/A.
5. FOR BUILD A WINE SIGN: INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING IN PERSONALIZATION BOX:
- Select Build a Wine Sign in the drop-down menu
- Add first name, family name, place or welcome phrase for top of the sign
- Pick an establishment from the list provided (ex. wine room, wine cellar, vineyard, etc.) for the middle of the sign
- Pick a saying from the list provided (ex. it's wine o'clock, wine a little laugh a lot, etc.) for the bottom of the sign
6. FOR PUMPKIN BARN QUILT: CHOOSE THE SIZE IN THE DROP-DOWN MENU AND ADD THE DESIGN NUMBER IN THE PERSONALIZATION BOX.
7. Accept all terms. Proceed with checkout.
**Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your project will be made into a Hammer@Home Kit that you can pickup at another time. Please email us (hammerandstainwesternmass@gmail.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $25 will apply.
