Please join us on Saturday, April 10th at 10:00 am for Abigail's Private Party at Hammer and Stain Western Mass (31 Federal Street, Belchertown, MA - same plaza as Antonio's Pizza).

Customize your wood project in studio with your choice of stain and paint colors to match your decor!

BYOB wine or beer to sip and snacks to enjoy during the workshop (21+).

We are excited to have everyone in the studio again! Under this "new normal" we must put some additional guidelines in place.

By registering for this event, you agree to the following:

🛠 If you have had a fever or cough in the past week, do not feel well, or have been in contact with someone who has been ill, DO NOT attend this workshop.  Your project will be made available to you as a Hammer@Home Kit.

🛠 Tables will be set up for social distancing. We have a strict capacity of 6 people. One project per person. Only those who registered will be able to attend the workshop.

🛠 Per Massachusetts guidelines, MASKS ARE REQUIRED. It will be your responsibility to have one.  This is for the safety of everyone involved.

🛠 Please wait outside until an instructor lets you in. We will be directing you straight to your seat. 

🛠 Only the individuals with a registered seat will be allowed in the studio. This is strict, if you are not registered for a seat you will kindly be asked to leave.

🛠 We have hand sanitizer and a sink to wash your hands.

🛠 Please dress accordingly as we will be using paints and stains that can ruin clothes.   We will NOT be providing aprons like we usually do, so PLEASE COME WITH YOUR OWN or an old T-Shirt or wear clothes you will not be upset if you get paint or stain on (Paint & Stain does NOT come out of clothes, but washes off hands no problem!)

🛠 Once you are seated, all of your supplies will be on your table. We will bring all other high traffic items (such as stain/paint) to you as needed.

🛠 Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your workshop start time. We will start promptly at the time noted. Out of respect for other Makers and our staff please arrive on time!

    Please understand that our policies are subject to change.  This is a new time for everyone and we appreciate your understanding and are looking forward to a great workshop.

    HOW TO REGISTER:

    1. Choose your project by clicking on the picture. Make sure that the picture and the drop-down menu show the same project. 

    2. ONLY if the design shows personalization such as last name/initial/established year, etc please put in the personalization box.  If no personalization, please write N/A.

    3. Agree to COVID terms.

    4. Accept terms and proceed with checkout.

     **Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customization, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

    This is a WOOD project. Although we select and prep the wood with care, your project will have cracks, chips, knots, and other blemishes that are NATURAL and give your piece unique character.

    Terms

    Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS. However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops using the same design. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop. Please email us (hammerandstainwesternmass@gmail.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment. Hammer & Stain Western Mass reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. In the event that a workshop or private party needs to be rescheduled to a different date, you will be notified by email.
